How much carry-on luggage can I take on board?

Carry-on luggage dimensions may not exceed 55 x 40 x 23 cm, and a maximum weight of 10 Kg. In addition to the hand luggage, only one of the following accessories is allowed per passenger: handbag, computer or tablet. The dimensions of the accessory may not exceed 35 x 20 x 20 cm.

Is it possible to choose or change my seat in advance?

Yes — you may reserve your preferred seat after booking your ticket. If you don't select one, a seat will be randomly assigned at check‑in.

Can I add extra checked baggage after I book my flight?

Absolutely — through your booking portal you can select "Add luggage", and choose one or several additional bags (each up to e.g. 23 kg) depending on your fare and destination.

What is the policy if I need to change or cancel my flight?

Accepted Answer

Depending on your fare — in some fares you may change up to 3 days before with a fee, whereas in other fares you may change up to 1 day before with no extra penalty. Cancellations may incur penalties depending on when you cancel.

Are there any restrictions on online check‑in?

Yes. Online check‑in may not be available if you're travelling with an infant under 2 years, an unaccompanied minor, a pet, or if you've requested special assistance. In some destinations it may only be done at the airport.

How can I check in online for my flight?

You can complete your online check‑in starting 48 hours before departure and up until 4 hours prior. Once you've finished, you'll receive your boarding pass either to print or to download on your mobile device.

We recommend being at the boarding gate at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure to ensure smooth boarding and timely departure.
