Our Escort Services
UM Service (5-11 years)
For children aged 5 years (completed) to 11 years (under 12), the escort service is mandatory. Our dedicated staff will accompany your child from check-in to final handover at the destination.

Young Passenger Service (12-17 years)
For teenagers aged 12 to 17 years, the escort service is optional but recommended for added peace of mind. The same level of care and attention is provided.

Request Escort ServiceRequirements & Documentation
Required Documents
Valid passport or ID, completed authorization form signed by both parents/guardians, and emergency contact information for both origin and destination.
Booking Deadline
Service requests must be submitted at least 72 hours (3 business days) before departure. Late requests cannot be guaranteed due to safety protocols.
Pickup & Handover
An authorized adult must accompany the child at check-in and another authorized adult must be present at arrival to receive the minor with valid ID.
Important Information
Please be aware that requirements for minors traveling alone or with third parties (not parents/legal guardians) vary by destination country. Some countries require notarized parental consent letters or additional documentation. We recommend checking with the embassy or consulate of your destination country well in advance to ensure you have all necessary documentation.
